เริ่มต้นที่ลูกค้า คุณภู รู้จักเราจากการเห็นโพส ‘เก้าอี้ขาแกะพูล’ ในเฟสบุ๊คก่อน แล้วเกิดความชอบในรูปแบบและสไตล์ของสินค้าของเอแกล จึงตั้งใจเดินทางมาหาเราที่โชว์รูม เมื่อมาถึงที่โชว์รูมเราครั้งแรก คุณภูได้สั่งเก้าอี้ 2 ตัว ภาพวาดลายไทย 1 ภาพ พร้อมกับโต๊ะข้างของเอแกลไว้ภายในวันเดียวกัน นี่ถือเป็นการร่วมงานกันครั้งแรกกับเอแกลกันยกเซท
เมื่อถึงวันที่ทาง AGAL ได้นำสินค้ากลุ่มแรกนี้ไปส่งที่บ้าน ทางคุณภูชื่นชอบในความคราฟท์ ความประณีต รวมไปถึงความใส่ใจในการบริการ อีกทั้งรู้สึกเสียดายที่มารู้จักเราช้าไป และเพื่อเป็นการไม่เสียเวลา ในเมื่อคุณภูมีความคิดที่จะปรับเปลี่ยนสไตล์บ้านตัวเองให้ดูมีระดับมากขึ้น จึงได้ให้ทางเอแกลช่วยผลิตและออกแบบฉากกั้นห้องพระ รวมไปถึงฉากกั้นห้องแต่งตัวด้วยเลย
เมื่อเอแกลได้ทราบดังนั้นจึงมีการทำงานแบบ custom พิเศษ คุณวิทย์ได้พาทีมออกแบบไปที่หน้างานเพื่อพบลูกค้าด้วยตนเองและทำความเข้าใจโจทย์ของลูกค้า รวมถึงวัดระยะ แล้วจึงค่อยกลับมาออกแบบ 3D เขียนแบบเพื่อส่งให้คุณภูพิจารณาอีกรอบหนึ่ง
ในการผลิตแบบสั่งทำพิเศษตามรีเควสของคุณภูในครั้งนี้ ทางเราลงดีเทลทุกอย่างชัดเจน ลูกค้าจะสามารถทราบได้ว่า เราใช้อุปกรณ์รางเลื่อนรุ่นไหน ราคาต้นทุนของรางเท่าไหร่ และสามารถเลือกระดับราคาตามความพึงพอใจได้ตามความต้องการ จากนั้นเมื่อลูกค้าคอนเฟิร์มแบบผลิตเรียบร้อยแล้ว ทางเราจึงดำเนินการผลิตตามแผนเวลาที่วางไว้ เมื่อถึงวันติดตั้ง ทางคุณวิทย์และทีมงานเข้าไปควบคุมดูแลคุณภาพด้วยตนเอง จนได้ผลงานออกมาเสร็จสิ้นตามรูป
เมื่อผลงานฉากเสร็จสิ้น คุณภูก็ได้มีการสั่งสินค้าเพิ่มเติมอยู่เรื่อยๆ มีการสั่งทำตู้เก็บนาฬิกาข้อมือ และให้ทางเอแกลได้จัดทำฐานพระพิศเนศให้ใหม่อีกด้วย

Another impressive story of which AGAL had delivered to an antique furniture lover which didn’t end with just 1 piece. Started with a chair, then a painting, followed by a side table and most recently, an exclusively designed room partition. Let’s hear about Khun Phu’s passion driven project of antique style furniture craftsmanships and AGAL’s service of bringing it to life.
Khun Phu spotted AGAL on Facebook from our article about Colonial style chair. The character of our product interested him and eventually invited him to our showroom.
During his first visit, Khun Phu ordered 2 chairs, a piece of Thai traditional painting, along with a side table. The first collaboration with AGAL was quite a collection.
On the delivery day, Khun Phu was pleased with the delicate product craftsmanships and our attentive service. ‘Should had known AGAL sooner’, he also added. Having that in mind, Khun Phu who were having the vision of elevating the sophistication of his home ambience, decided to have AGAL helping design and manufacture a room partition for his praying room and dressing room altogether.
In responding to that trust, AGAL provided a special customizing service which Khun Wit himself leaded our design team to the location, discussed the client’s need while analyzing the space before headed back to proceed the 3D draft for client’s consideration.
During this customization, according to Khun Phu’s requirement, AGAL was very scrupulous with the manufacturing specification. The client could have full access to even the information of the sliding rail model, it’s cost, and was welcomed to select the preferable price range according to his need. When the design was approved, AGAL proceeded the manufacturing process within the promised timeframe. On installation day, Khun Wit was at the location to supervised the service quality by himself to the very end.
After the completion of the room partition project, Khun Phu still continued to gave his trust to AGAL’s service. The customization of a watch cabinet and Ganesh pedestal had also been ordered.
