เริ่มต้นตั้งแต่กระบวนการเปิดเปลือกไม้ เรามีผู้เชี่ยวชาญมากประสบการณ์ในการตัดสินใจเลือกผ่าเปิดไม้ เพื่อให้ผลลัพธ์ที่ได้เกิดการสูญเสียแก่นไม้ให้น้อยที่สุด เพราะว่า ส่วนแก่นไม้นี้คือส่วนตรงกลางของไม้ที่แข็งแรงที่สุด มีค่ามากที่สุด และเหมาะสมที่สุดสำหรับการผลิตเฟอร์นิเจอร์ สำหรับไม้ส่วนอื่น เช่นเปลือกไม้ หรือ กระพี้ (ไม้อ่อนส่วนใกล้เปลือก) ก็สามารถนำไปแปรรูปไปใช้งานประเภทอื่น เพื่อไม่ให้เกิดการสูญเปล่า ยิ่งไปกว่านั้น หลังจากที่เราแปรรูปไม้เป็นท่อนๆแล้ว ก่อนจะนำมาผลิตเฟอร์นิเจอร์ เราจะนำไม้สักเหล่านั้น ไปผ่านกระบวนการอบน้ำยากันแมลง แล้วจึงนำมาอบแห้งในอีกขั้นตอนหนึ่ง เพื่อดึงให้ความชื้นในไม้ต่ำลงมามากที่สุด ก่อนจะนำมาใช้งานเพื่อให้แน่ใจว่าคุณภาพของผลงานที่ออกมาจะต้องแข็งแรง คงทน และดีเยี่ยมที่สุด

As a furniture creator whose material were primarily Teak, AGAL take highest priority in the preservation of the environment and nature. We particularly chose Plantation Teak from The Forest Industry Organization as the source included restoration planation, providing timber for furniture industry without harming the nature. We also opted for services from meticulous and highly experienced sawmill in order to make the most out of our teak wood processing.

Starting from log debarking. Our highly skilled professional would assist on decision making towards how to cause the least amount of wasted ‘Heartwood’, the innermost and most valuable part of the timber, best suitable for furniture manufacturing. For other parts of the timber e.g. bark and sapwood were also serve different kinds of work to minimize wastage.

After wood was converted into pieces of timbers, prior to assembling into furnitures, Teak timbers were to go through fumigant pesticides preservation before underwent kiln drying process in order to minimize the wood humid prior to its usage. So that the final work’s quality was guaranteed to be strong, durable and exceptional.
