เป็นลูกค้าอีกหนึ่งท่านที่เรามีโอกาสได้พบในงานบ้านและสวนแฟร์ เราแชร์ไอเดียกันเบื้องต้นและแลก Contact กันไว้และได้ทำความรู้จักเเละเริ่มโปรเจคด้วยการ Confirm สั่งซื้อ Sideboard ซึ่งเป็นหนึ่งในสินค้าไฮท์ไลท์ชิ้นเอกลักษณ์ของ AGAL เพื่อนำไปวางตกแต่งทางขึ้นข้างบันได ในวันที่สินค้าไปส่ง คุณลูกค้าได้เห็นผลงานจริงเเละสัมผัสกับงานบริการของเรา เกิดความรู้สึกประทับใจ เเละสั่งตู้วางทีวีอีกตัวหนึ่งเพิ่มตามมา ซึ่งนี่ถือเป็นอีกหนึ่งโอกาสดีๆ ที่เราได้ดูเเลเเละพร้อมให้บริการคุณลูกค้าอย่างเต็มที่

เมื่อเฟอร์นิเจอร์ตัวที่สองไปส่งถึงบ้านเรียบร้อย คุณลูกค้ายังรู้สึกว่า ตัวบ้านยังมีพื้นที่ว่างที่สามารถปรับฟังก์ชั่นแต่งบ้านได้อีก จึงตัดสินใจปรึกษากับทางคุณวิทย์และทีมงานออกแบบของทางเรา ทุกครั้งที่เราได้เจอสถานการณ์แบบนี้ เรามองว่าเป็นเกียรติของทางเราที่ได้มีโอกาสรับฟังปัญหา มีโอกาสได้ให้คำแนะนำ มีโอกาสได้ไปที่ "บ้าน" เพื่อไปสัมผัสและทำความเข้าใจ "ปัญหา" ที่สำคัญของลูกค้าจริงๆ

โจทย์สำคัญของลูกค้า คือ ต้องการสร้างฉากกั้นบริเวณ ซึ่งเดิมเป็นที่ว่างระหว่างห้องนอน เพื่อสร้างพื้นที่ใหม่ให้เป็นห้องทำงาน ซึ่งการกั้นบริเวณนี้จะต้องไม่ทำให้บ้านดูทึบ แสงสามารถลอดผ่านมาได้ แต่ต้องกั้นแอร์ได้ หากวันใดวันหนึ่งที่ไม่ได้เปิดแอร์ ก็จะยังรับลมธรรมชาติผ่านบริเวณนี้ได้ เมื่อเราทราบโจทย์ที่พิเศษเช่นนี้ ก็เหมือนเป็นการจุดประกายความสร้างสรรค์ พร้อมความสนุกปนความท้าทายในแบบฉบับของ AGAL ที่จะต้องตอบโจทย์ทั้งหมดของลูกค้าให้ได้ ทั้งหมดนี้บันดาลให้เกิดฉากระแนงไม้ ประกอบกับวงกบและซับวงกบ รวมไปถึงประตูเลื่อน ที่เราออกแบบให้ระแนงมีกระจกที่สามารถกั้นแอร์ได้ แต่ก็สามารถเปิดออกเพื่อทำความสะอาดและปล่อยให้ลมผ่านได้ด้วย

เมื่อสามารถตอบโจทย์ทั้งหมดได้ ทางลูกค้าจึงไม่รอช้า ตัดสินใจดำเนินการกับทางเราทันที คุณลูกค้าตัดสินใจช่วงต้นเดือนธันวาคม ปี 2564 และแจ้งเราว่าอยากให้โจทย์นี้แก้ไขให้เสร็จก่อนตรุษจีน 2565 สิริรวมทั้งหมดมีเวลาประมาณ 2 เดือนนิดๆ ให้เราเริ่มลุยงาน ตั้งแต่การเตรียมไม้สักแปรรูปจากสวนป่าขององค์การป่าไม้ที่ได้คุณภาพ แปรรูปและอบแห้งที่โรงเลื่อย นำมาแปรรูปที่โรงงาน ประกอบกันขึ้นมาเป็นฉาก พร้อมทำชิ้นส่วนวงกบและซับวงกบทุกอย่างให้พร้อม ทำสีให้เสร็จสรรพ แล้วจึงนำไปติดตั้งที่หน้างาน ก่อนตรุษจีนพอดิบพอดี

เมื่อถึงวันติดตั้ง เหมือนทุกครั้งที่ทางคุณวิทย์ผู้ที่ประสานงานโครงการนี้ตั้งแต่ต้น พร้อมกับน้อง Designer จะเป็นผู้นำทีม พาทีมงานไปที่บ้านคุณลูกค้า แนะนำขั้นตอนการทำงานของเราและอยู่ดูแลควบคุมงานด้วยตนเอง เพื่อให้มั่นใจได้ว่า งานสามารถเดินไปได้อย่างราบรื่นจนกว่าคุณลูกค้าจะพึงพอใจมากที่สุด

งานกั้นฉาก เป็นงานที่อาศัยความปราณีต ใจเย็นและแม่นยำสูง เราใช้เทคโนโลยีปัจจุบัน คือฉากเลเซอร์ เข้ามาเพื่อตรวจสอบแนวการตั้งฉากให้มั่นใจว่าเราได้ฉากชัดเจนแล้วจึงค่อยลงมือดำเนินการ ระหว่างที่ดำเนินการ ทุกจุดที่พวกเราทำงานจะต้องมีกระดาษลูกฟูกปูที่พื้นเพื่อป้องกันไม่ให้พื้นไม้จริงอันแสนมีค่าของลูกค้าเสียหาย ระหว่างทางเราพบปัญหาบ้างเล็กน้อย ซึ่งมีการปรึกษากับคุณลูกค้าอยู่ตลอดเวลา เราใช้เวลาดำเนินการอยู่ที่หน้างาน 2 วัน ตั้งแต่เช้าจรดค่ำ จนงานเสร็จสมบูรณ์พร้อมส่งมอบได้ และในทุกครั้งเราก็จะแจ้งคุณลูกค้าเสมอว่า ถึงแม้เสร็จงาน ณ วันนี้แล้ว ไม่ได้หมายความว่าความรับผิดชอบของ AGAL ต่อคุณลูกค้าจะจบลง หลังจากนี้เราก็ยังยินดีให้บริการอยู่เสมอ หากสินค้ามีปัญหาเรื่องใด หรือคุณลูกค้าต้องการสิ่งใดเพิ่มเติม สามารถแจ้งเราได้ตลอดเวลาเลยครับ

Another client to whom we own the pleasure of meeting at Baanlaesuan Fair. We got to know each other and shared some first thoughts.The project started off with an order of AGAL Sideboard, one of our highlighted product, to decorate the stair entrance. On the delivery day, the client was impressed with the actual product and our service, hence the following order for TV bench, another chance for us to take care of our valued customer.

As the second piece arrived, K. Nuch was still seeing some unoccupied space in her home that could be adapted into function and discussed with K.Wit and our design team. Such problem consulting situation from clients were highly valued and was an honor for us as we were given a chance to explore, contemplate and actually work on a solution towards better living for people.

Client’s main objective was to built a partition on where once was a blank space between bedrooms, creating a new working area. The partition must still allow light entrance while performing as a wall keeping air conditioning inside. However, when not using air conditioning, the area must also allow natural wind flow. Given such special task, our team were lit up with creativity. We responded the challenge with AGAL’s enthusiasm and joy to find a solution for client’s every need. Resulting in a wooden slatted wall installing into door frame and subframe, including a sliding door designed to be embedded with a glass which would hold air conditioning inside, as well as able to open for ventilation and cleaning.

As every issues was covered, the client immediately decided to start the project. The confirmation was made during early December 2021 with the expectation to complete before the Chinese New Year of 2022, leaving us with 2 months time. The work proceeded with the preparation of quality Teak from Forest Industry Organization, processed and dried at the sawmill before assembled into a partition at the factory, with parts of door frame and subframe made and colored. Ready to install on site right before the scheduled Chinese New Year.

On installation day, as usual, K.Wit who had been coordinating the project from beginning, along with our designer led the team to K.Nuch’ s place, introduced our work flow and supervised the process by himself. So the client could be reassured that the tasks progressed smoothly towards the best result.

Partition installation was a work that required delicacy, patience and precision. We used the most recent technology, the Laser Level to enhance the precision of perpendicular lines before installation. During the process, every working spot must be covered with corrugated paper to protect the client’s precious wooden floor. We came across some minor obstructions along the way on which we constantly discussed with the client. The team took 2 full days onsite until the work completion and submission. As always, we informed our client that although the work was finished, it didn’t mean our responsibility towards them was over.
