โต๊ะตัวนี้มีประวัติศาสตร์สืบทอดมาจากโต๊ะทำงานจีนในยุคสมัยราชวงศ์ชิง ช่วงศตวรรษที่ 19 ในอดีตนั้นโต๊ะตัวนี้ มักใช้เป็นโต๊ะทำงานของคุณหมอ ซึ่งมีความจำเป็นจะต้องเคลื่อนย้ายง่าย เพื่อให้คุณหมอสามารถรักษาคนไข้ในถิ่นทุรกันดารได้ จึงทำให้โต๊ะตัวนี้มีลักษณะเฉพาะที่สามารถแยกชิ้นส่วนของท็อปโต๊ะ เเละส่วนคอลัมน์ที่มีลิ้นชักอีกสองชิ้นออกจากกัน เพื่อให้ง่ายต่อการเคลื่อนย้าย
AGAL เราสืบทอด Concept และ Design อันไร้กาลเวลานั้น แต่นำมา Simplified เพิ่มจุดเด่นด้วยมือจับลิ้นชักทองเหลือง เป็นตัวซีหงายวางซ้อนอยู่บนแผ่นวงกลม พร้อมกับปรับลวดลายแกะที่บริเวณขาโต๊ะให้มีความ Contemporary ขึ้นเพื่อเข้ากับยุคสมัย ส่งให้โต๊ะชิ้นนี้คงเอกลักษณ์ เสริมบุคลิกให้กับผู้ใช้งาน นั่งทำงานได้อย่างสง่างามไม่ว่าจะจับคู่กับเก้าอี้แบบไหนก็ตาม อีกทั้ง Scale (ความสูง) ของโต๊ะทำงานก็ถูกต้องเหมาะสมกับสรีระของร่างกาย สามารถนั่งทำงานระยะยาวโดยไม่เป็นภาระต่อร่างกาย

The 2 column working desk by AGAL, inherited whose appearance from the historical design of a working desk during Qing era of China. At the time, it was used as the doctor working desk which were required to be easy to relocate to allow doctor’s journey to treat patients in the remote areas. Consequently, the desk acquired a unique characteristic of which the top was removable from its 2 columns with drawers in order to facilitate relocations.
AGAL inherited the concept and simplified such timeless design. Added brass drawer handles in a C-shape on top of a circle. Ornamental lacework on the legs was adjusted towards the contemporary appeal to embrace the modern age yet maintained the desk’s unique permeating grace, undoubtedly including its users, pairing with any kind of chair. The height was as well ergonomically correct, supporting long working hours without putting pressure on the user’s body.
