เป็นอีกครั้งที่ AGAL ได้มีโอกาสดูแลงานและให้บริการลูกค้าแบบใกล้ชิด เราได้มีโอกาสพบกับ “คุณเกตุ” ครั้งแรกที่งาน “บ้านและสวน Selected 2021” คุณลูกค้าเดินผ่านมาที่บูธเเล้วเห็นฉากฉลุที่ AGAL Display ไว้ภายในงาน ซึ่งนี่คือตัวจุดประกายไอเดียแต่งบ้านให้กับคุณเกตุว่า “อยากได้ฉากแบบนี้มากั้นระหว่างห้องนอนเเละห้อง walk-in closet จัง” ทางคุณเกตุ จึงเข้ามาทักทายเรา และเมื่อเราได้พูดคุยกับคุณเกตุคร่าวๆ รับทราบถึง Requirement ต่างๆ เราจึงตกลงกันใน เบื้องต้นว่าทางเราจะขอเริ่มต้นด้วยการเข้าไปดูหน้างานจริงและทำการวัดพื้นที่บ้านของคุณเกตุก่อน

เมื่อถึงวันนัด ทางคุณวิทย์ได้พาทีมออกแบบเดินทางไปถึงบ้านคุณเกตุ เราได้พูดคุย รับโจทย์และทำความเข้าใจลูกค้า ซึ่งทำให้เราพบว่า มีอีกหลายๆส่วนที่ทางคุณเกตุต้องการแก้ไขบ้านให้ดียิ่งขึ้น ซึ่งไม่ใช่แค่การทำฉากกั้น แต่คุณเกตุต้องการทำตู้เสื้อผ้าใหม่ แก้ไขเพิ่มบานบนตู้เสื้อผ้าเก่า ทำตู้ตกแต่งในห้อง Living Room และเพิ่มเติม furniture ในอีกหลายๆจุดด้วย เมื่อ AGAL ทราบในสิ่งที่ลูกค้าต้องการแล้ว ทางเราจึงวัดระยะแต่ละพื้นที่โดยละเอียด กลับมา Design Floorplan กำหนด ฟังก์ชั่นการใช้งาน ระบุขนาดของเฟอร์นิเจอร์ต่างๆ แล้วจึงเริ่มขึ้นภาพ 3D อ้างอิงตามขนาดของพื้นที่และลักษณะวัสดุที่ใช้อยู่จริงๆภายในบ้าน เพื่อที่ลูกค้าสามารถเห็นภาพผลลัพธ์ที่สมจริงมากที่สุด
หลังจากนั้นทางเราจึงนัด Present แบบ เมื่อคุณเกตุได้ดูแบบเเละปรับเเก้จนพอใจ ทางเรายังมีขั้นตอนในการเขียนแบบ Detail ผลิต ซึ่งละเอียดไปถึงทุกๆชิ้นส่วนที่ประกอบเป็นเฟอร์จิเจอร์ ทำให้ลูกค้าสามารถทราบไปถึงอุปกรณ์ต่างๆ รวมไปถึงรางเลื่อนยี่ห้อ Hafele ที่ทางเราเจาะจงใช้รุ่น junior ซึ่งเป็นรุ่นคุณสมบัติพิเศษ สามารถรับน้ำหนักบานประตูได้มากกว่า คงทนกว่า ใช้งานได้ราบลื่นกว่า และต้องสั่งนำเข้ามาเท่านั้นไม่สามารถหาซื้อได้ทั่วไปตามท้องตลาดอย่างแน่นอน เมื่อ Confirm งานเรียบร้อย เราจึงเริ่มดำเนินการผลิตที่โรงงาน โดยสุดท้ายคุณเกตุ Confirm สั่ง Custom เฟอร์นิเจอร์ทั้งหมด 4 ชิ้น คือ 1) ฉากเฟี้ยมกั้นห้อง 2) ชุดตู้เสื้อผ้าห้องนอน Master 3) ชุดตู้ทีวีห้อง Living 4) Console ตู้ยาจีน เมื่อขั้นตอนการผลิตที่โรงงานของเราเสร็จสิ้น ต่อมาคือขั้นตอนการติดตั้งจริง เนื่องจากบ้านของคุณเกตุเป็นบ้านที่ทุกวันนี้คุณเกตุเข้าอยู่แล้ว ทางเราจึงพยายามทำงานให้มีฝุ่นน้อยที่สุด หากจะต้องมีการปรับไม้ หรืองานที่จะสร้างฝุ่น เราจะดำเนินการข้างนอกบ้าน หากเราจะเจาะรูบนกำแพงในบ้านต้องมีการดูดเก็บฝุ่นไปด้วยตลอด (ซึ่งเป็นนโยบายปกติของ ทาง AGAL อยู่แล้ว) ความท้าทายที่สุดซึ่งเป็นหัวใจหลักของงานนี้ คือ การทำงานของเราที่เสร็จที่โรงงาน ซึ่งผลงานนั้นจะต้องมีขนาดที่แม่นยำ สามารถนำไปประกอบให้เข้าพอดีที่สุดกับพื้นที่และมีการแก้ไขให้น้อยที่สุด อีกทั้งขณะขนย้ายเฟอร์นิเจอร์ทุกชิ้นต้องระมัดระวัง ไม่ทำให้พื้นบ้านหรือผนังสุดที่รักของคุณลูกค้าเสียหาย หรือมีรอยขีดขวนแม้แต่รอยเดียว แน่นอนว่าสิ่งที่เราให้ความสำคัญที่สุด คือการดูเเลลูกค้าในทุกขั้นตอนตั้งแต่ครั้งแรกที่คุยกัน เพื่อให้ลูกค้าวางใจและสบายใจได้ว่าผลลัพธ์ของงานที่ออกมาจะต้องไร้ที่ติเเละสร้างความพึงพอใจอย่างที่สุด AGAL เราเชื่อเสมอว่าบ้านที่ใช้เฟอร์นิเจอร์ของเราจะมีเอกลักษณ์เฉพาะตัว หากใครได้เข้ามาได้สัมผัสจะเห็นถึง Character เเละตัวตนของเจ้าของบ้านได้อย่างแน่นอน ดังนั้นในทุกครั้งที่เราได้สร้างพื้นที่เเห่งความทรงจำให้กับลูกค้า เรารู้สึกเหมือนได้สร้างคุณค่าที่ประเมินค่าไม่ได้ให้กับบ้านลูกค้าทุกคน เราต้องขอขอบคุณทุกความไว้วางใจที่มีให้เรามาตลอด และเราจะคงความพิถีพิถันของการบริการนี้ให้ดีที่สุดเพื่อลูกค้าของเราทุกคน
Another exclusive project for our treasured client. First time AGAL had a pleasure to meet with Khun Kate was Baan Lae Suan Selected Fair 2021 at which she spotted our displaying laced partition which inspired her a home decoration idea, “I’d like a partition like this dividing between the bedroom and walk-in closet”. She dropped in to say hi and discussed her requirements, after which we agreed to visit her place for some measurements.
On the appointment day, Khun Wit leaded the team to Khun Kate’s place where we had some further discussions about her situations and needs. It appeared that the partition may not be the only solution the client was looking for in order to elevate her living space. Khun Kate wanted a new closet, have the existing one added with more openings. She was also looking for a decorative cabinet made for a living room, along with other furnitures for some other locations as well. When learnt the client’s vision, AGAL team took some thorough measurements of the space before heading back to design the floor plan with its function, determined the size of each furniture then proceeded with the 3D sketch depicting the space’s dimensions in its actual material so that the client could have the most precise visuals of the end results.
We set up another meeting to present to Khun Kate with the draft where some adjustments were made until having the satisfying result. Next was creating the detailed drawings of the furnitures instructing its production, describing the elaborated details of their every components. The client was provided with full access of informations towards each hardware used, including a Hefele door rail for which we specified the “Junior” model that was equipped with enhanced capacity. It was more durable, able to support extensive door weight while giving smoother slides and only available via overseas order and not in usual markets. When the drawing was well confirmed, we set out to initiate the manufacture. Eventually Khun Kate made an order of 4 pieces of custom made furnitures, 1. Room Partition 2. Series of master bedroom closet 3. Living room TV cabinet series 4. Chinese apothecary console cabinet.
Following the manufacturing process was the installation. As the location was the house Khun Kate was currently living, we were careful to create as little dust as possible during the process. In case of any wood work or other work that could cause dusts, the procedure would take place outside. In case of drilling holes in the wall, it would be assisted with vacuuming at all time (according AGAL standard policy). The biggest challenge and the heart of this project was to finish our pieces at the factory with the precise sizes that would fit perfectly into the actual location with the least adjustments possible. The delivery process must also be extensively careful in order to not cause a single mark on the wall and floor of our client’s beloved home.
Certainly, our priority was to assist our client in every step since the first discussion. So that they could rely on us to deliver the absolutely perfect and satisfying final result. AGAL believes that a home adorn with our furnitures is imbued with distinctiveness that welcomes its guests with the tasteful identity of the owner. Therefore, every time we were took on a living space project, it was as if we had a chance to prepare a home for priceless memories to our every client, a chance for which we are grateful and would continue to deliver our service of the finest delicacy.
